R U Thinking, “that sounds cool if only I knew what it meant”?
or “hmmm I wish I could control my super new garden watering-hose-robot thing, but just don’t know how”…?

As promised here’s the Laser Workshop for you special guys
Place: The Wellington Makerspace
What to bring: Yourself, enthusiasm, imagination and if you want the software to take home to run your jobs in simulator before submitting to TWMS for cutting, bring a Windows based or MAC Windows-emulator laptop and we’ll install it as part of the deal
Please Join and checkout our meetup to RSVP for the workshop here:
Lasers are fun! And they help you make cool stuff! Think jewelry, signs, buttons, frames, boxes, toys. Put family photographs on stone or glass….but don’t worry if you’ve never seen a laser cutter in your life. You’re in good hands – join the group and learn how to design and cut your very own! You’ll get to take away your creation and the knowledge of how to set up a design and use the laser cutter on your own projects.
Bring a laptop and we’ll give you a copy of our laser software to practise your lasering
Cost $40/person including tea/coffee and lasertime – but please note this is a learning workshop..not a sole “bring your idea to lasercut”…
